Pondathon II: Final Summary!
The second Pondathon has now come to an end! Okay fine, it ended like 3+ weeks ago but I’ve been in a blogging slump. So I’m just now posting my final summary for Pondathon II. Time isn’t real! I can post things whenever I want! Anyway, I had so much fun with this readathon. I read so many amazing books, and had a BLAST creating my garden. Just wait until you see my final garden at the end!!
A few notes:
- All of the Pondathon graphics were created by CW of The Quiet Pond and belong to her!

Round 6 Pondathon II Quests
We had some gorgeous flowery rewards this round! I love all of the little flowers on the forget-me-nots. And the strappy plants are so much fun! Also look how BEAUTIFUL the irises are!!! I love them hehe.
We were given a side quest by Amina to read books by Latine authors! The rewards for doing so were these beautiful plant pots and stands. There were also bonus and secret achievements available for reading two and three books by Latine authors.
Books I Read
This round was a bit slower for me, but I still managed to complete all of the side quest achievements, and read 6 books! It was a pretty heavy romance/contemporary month. Three of the books are from a series of romance books following a set of brothers. I also read my first novel in verse! It was an incredible book. And of course, I can’t go without reading at least one SFF book. This round I had one sci-fi and one fantasy! Okay so here are the actual books:
- Always Only You by Chloe Liese
- Ever After Always by Chloe Liese
- Race to Crashpoint Tower by Daniel Jose Older
- Lost in the Never Woods by Aiden Thomas
- Clap When You Land by Elizabeth Acevedo
- With You Forever by Chloe Liese
Character Card and Garden Update
Since I read three books by Latine authors, that was enough to earn me the “Growing Up” badge. I’m so happy that I completed all of the side quests and earned all of the badges! Look how cute they all look together on my character card:
A bit ago, CW also had a garden showcase on The Quiet Pond. It was so amazing to see everyone’s STUNNING gardens. There was also a reward for participating – a little round terrarium! I didn’t design that garden at the time, but since it’s now the end I decided to do it. So here’s my mini terrarium garden.
And of course, I had to save the best for last – AKA my final garden!!! I magically made everything fit into one garden haha. It’s really too bad this isn’t a real place, I would love to have this as a my own garden.
I hope you enjoyed my final summary for Pondathon II! What is your favorite part of my garden? What have you been reading in the last couple months?
